AFCOME cannot be held liable for the interruption or cancellation of the AFCOME 2026 International Meetings resulting from external events of a political, social, economic, or public health nature, or other events beyond its control (force majeure).
In the event of cancellation, the cancellation conditions for the AFCOME 2026 International Meetings will apply.
Registration for the AFCOME 2026 International Meetings implies full and complete acceptance of its cancellation conditions. Participants are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage for their trip (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before departure.
AFCOME accepts no responsibility for accidents caused by or to participants and accompanying persons during or following the AFCOME 2026 International Meetings or during any of the events organized around this edition of the International Meetings.

AFCOME collects and records personal data solely for specific and limited purposes related to all of its activities, in particular for the payment of registration fees, the sending of documentation, the conducting of satisfaction surveys, the sending of information on AFCOME’s activities, and to meet its legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

The data collected is also intended to facilitate contact between participants registered for the International Meetings. Thus, data relating to participants such as their first name, last name, employer, and email address may be shared with all those registered for the International Meetings.
This personal data collected is kept by AFCOME for a period appropriate to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force. The data of registered participants is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and may be kept for up to ten years after its termination in order to comply with AFCOME’s accounting and tax obligations.
In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and amended Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the “Data Protection Act,” individuals whose data is stored have the right to:
– be informed about the processing of their data,
– access, modify, rectify, and erase their data,
– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
