International Meetings 2026
The 19th edition of the
AFCOME International Meetings
will take place
at the Polydome in Clermont-Ferrand
from November 4 to 6, 2026

The program will be detailed as it progresses.
The AFCOME International Meetings will bring together key players in the fertilization sector to discuss the major agricultural, economic, and geopolitical balances that will shape the coming year.
Against a backdrop of market volatility, regulatory transitions, and the reshaping of international flows, the program will address the economic resilience of farms and their investment capacity, the dynamics of fertilizer markets — from French production to the challenges facing the MACF — as well as new global industrial strategies, from low-carbon ammonia to the policies of the United States and China.
Conferences, forward-looking analyses, and debates will enable participants to anticipate changes in the sector and inform the strategic decisions of companies and professional organizations.
Translation
Presentations will be given in French and English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in both languages.

Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be sent to AFCOME by email at ri-afcome@afcome.org.
Cancellations sent after September 2, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
If you wish, you may send a replacement in your place.
Cancellation and modification of the event
AFCOME may be required to modify the programs and schedules of the 2026 AFCOME International Meetings. These modifications shall not give rise to any exchange or refund. If the International Meetings are interrupted, registration fees received will be refunded in full to the customer, without AFCOME being held liable for any damage directly or indirectly related to the cancellation.
Insurance and liability
AFCOME cannot be held liable for the interruption or cancellation of the AFCOME 2026 International Meetings resulting from external events of a political, social, economic, or public health nature, or other events beyond its control (force majeure).
In the event of cancellation, the cancellation conditions for the AFCOME 2026 International Meetings will apply.
Registration for the AFCOME 2026 International Meetings implies full and complete acceptance of its cancellation conditions. Participants are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage for their trip (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before departure.
AFCOME accepts no responsibility for accidents caused by or to participants and accompanying persons during or following the AFCOME 2026 International Meetings or during any of the events organized around this edition of the International Meetings.
AFCOME collects and records personal data solely for specific and limited purposes related to all of its activities, in particular for the payment of registration fees, the sending of documentation, the conducting of satisfaction surveys, the sending of information on AFCOME’s activities, and to meet its legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
The data collected is also intended to facilitate contact between participants registered for the International Meetings. Thus, data relating to participants, such as their first name, last name, employer, and email address, may be transmitted to all persons registered for the International Meetings.
This personal data is stored by AFCOME for a period appropriate to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force. The data of registered participants is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and may be stored for up to ten years after its termination in order to comply with AFCOME’s accounting and tax obligations.
In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and amended Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the “Data Protection Act,” individuals whose data is stored have the right to:
– be informed about the processing of their data,
– access, modify, rectify, and erase their data,
– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Reminder of participants' obligations regarding competition rules
AFCOME takes compliance with competition law seriously.
The aim of the AFCOME International Meetings is to provide participants with an update on their knowledge of global fertilizer markets and the technical and regulatory tools related to fertilizers.
AFCOME reminds all participants of the need to comply with competition rules governed by the Consumer Code and monitored by the Competition Authority. Participants must not discuss competition-related issues, in particular the review of individual prices, tariffs, or market strategies, nor must they exchange information concerning any other competitive aspect of a company’s activity.
If a participant in this conference attempts to initiate a discussion with other participants on any of the above issues, AFCOME recommends that the other participants immediately end the conversation and act in accordance with the applicable competition rules.
